Boom X Auctions – Terms & Conditions

1. Bidder Registration & Agreement

READ CAREFULLY — BY REGISTERING OR PLACING A BID, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

All bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Registering an account and placing a bid on Boom X Auctions (“BXA”) indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to all Terms and Conditions published on the BXA website. If you do not agree, do not register or place bids.

Placing a bid constitutes a binding agreement to purchase. A winning bid forms a legal contract between you and the Seller/BXA. By participating in any auction, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any completed purchase.

All communications between bidders and BXA must remain respectful. Hostile, abusive, or harassing behavior may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

2. Condition of Items

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

BXA makes reasonable good-faith efforts to describe items accurately; however, descriptions are not warranties. Photos are considered part of the item description. It is the bidder’s responsibility to evaluate the condition and ask questions before bidding.

Expect normal signs of wear consistent with antique, vintage, and used items.

Working condition is not guaranteed for clocks, watches, electronics, or mechanical devices. Items may be tested only to confirm power-on capability unless otherwise stated.

Any listed dimensions or weights are approximate.

All questions or concerns must be addressed prior to placing a bid.

3. Bidding Process

Boom X Auctions are designed to replicate a live auction environment with rolling closing times.

Extended Bidding: If a bid is placed near an item’s closing time, additional time will be added to allow fair competition.

Tie Bids: In the event of identical bids, the first bid placed will win.

Proxy Bidding: Bidders may place a maximum bid. The system will automatically bid in increments up to that maximum.

A 0%–18% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to final bid amounts unless a valid resale permit is on file.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon auction close. Do not bid if you are unable to pay promptly.

BXA reserves the right to cancel bids or sales and suspend bidding privileges due to non-payment.

A separate invoice may be issued for shipping or delivery. Items will not be released until full payment clears.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping or delivery costs are separate from auction invoices and must be paid before items are released.

6. Seller & Auction Rights

BXA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel listings or bids, refuse service, suspend accounts, and hold items until payment is fully verified.
